Business Coaching

It’s a big world out there and being the owner of a business can be a lonely and stressful experience.  But it doesn’t need to be.Our founder, Dave Mutton, has been working with businesses, both large and small, since the late ’90s. he has seen first hand the benefit of Business coaching and mentoring. Dave was part of the team that launched Amazon.co.uk in 1998. For five years, he led Amazon’s Business development team during the hyper growth of zero to 5 million customers.

Dave has worked as a consultant on numerous occasions in his career. This has included advising and working with many startups in multiple sectors including Travel, Retail, Finance and Job boards.

One of the most interesting and relevant roles, was working for the startup divisions of  Macmillan Science and Education. Digital Science and Digital Education invested in disruptive businesses using technology to improve the Education and Scientific research sectors. As Marketing Director, Dave provided marketing guidance and support for the founders and their teams across a portfolio of fourteen different companies in the US and EMEA.

What is involved in Business coaching and mentoring?

Business coaching varies greatly by client, beginning with an initial two hour consultation to get to know the founder, the business and the challenges it is facing.

We will then put together an ongoing programme of sessions to address the issues identified and work towards agreed goals.

This plan can be project specific or more fluid and encompass the role of a trusted advisor.  We can be available on call or on a regular schedule to discuss and analyse issues facing your business.
