Dave Mutton Consulting was founded in January 2015 by Dave Mutton.
Based in Exeter, Devon, Dave has been working on internet projects since the mid 90’s. Part of the team that launched Amazon.co.uk in 1998, Dave went onto to work at Yahoo, StepStone and has worked with more than 20 start-ups since, including being part of the team that raised $20m for the social gaming startup Zattikka in 2013.
From January 2016, to December 2018, Dave, as Chief Operating Officer was pivotal to the success of PrimaryBid, an award-winning FinTech service based in London.
PrimaryBid has revolutionised participation of retail investors in large fundraises for listed companies on the London Stock Exchange.

In one of his earlier roles, he worked with Macmillan Science and Education as Marketing Director for both Digital Science and Digital Education. These two divisions invest in disruptive businesses using technology to improve the Education and Scientific research sectors. Dave provided marketing guidance and support across a portfolio of fourteen different companies in the US and EMEA.
Dave works either individually one-to-one or with a team of experienced experts, pulling together the right expertise to suit the client’s needs.
